COMMITTEE MEETING
Committee members are the backbone to our troop. If you are a registered parent with the troop, you are a committee member. All are welcome and encouraged to attend committee meetings to learn the workings of the troop. If you ever wanted to know how a boy-led program gets off the ground, I invite you to a committee meeting. It may be boy-led but its the committee that ensures the resources, logistics, and safety is all there for them. Want to know how the troop is doing financially or who is making the decision to maintain Big Red? Come to a committee meeting as all these decisions process through committee.
