Requirements for Advancement + Court of Honor

We have lots of motivated Scouts ranking up! Scouts should ensure they have reviewed and completed the items on the checklists below in order to be prepared for their next rank advancement.

Seeking a Board of Review (BOR) and/or a Scoutmaster conference:

• Dressed in full Class A uniform:
  1. tan scout uniform shirt (Uniform shirt should have current rank patch.)
  2. red troop undershirt
  3. scout merit badge sash
  4. scout pants/shorts
  5. troop neckerchief
  6. woggle
  7. scout belt
  8. scout socks.
      
• All rank requirements completed including:
  1. All required merit badges
  2. Service hours
  3. Required time at that rank
  4. All rank requirements must be signed off in the scout’s handbook.

Receiving Awards/Recognition at Court of Honor:

• Dressed in full Class A uniform:

  6. woggle

• All merit badge and rank paperwork submitted by due date.
