Generally the speech includes why scouting is important to them and what they have gotten out of their time in scouting (This also fulfills a requirement for Communications Merit Badge). \n\nEven if not speaking\, any and all scouts are encouraged to attend in Class A. Scouts will gather and then walk their assigned routes distributing flyers and collecting non-perishable items. \nWe need many scouts and adults to make this happen. We will meet at St. Philips at 9:30 am on Saturday\, February 3 to walk the neighborhood and put out flyers and then we will return the next Sat\, February 10 at 9:30 am to pick up donations.
