DESCRIPTION:Contact: Phillip Pratt\, ASM (verbeek98@msn.com or 214-493-3397-)\n\nThursday\, October 26\n7:00 PM\nSoul Cafe – First United Methodist \nThis will be our first official meeting with regards to the 2025 Philmont trek.  We have been awarded our date:  July 10-July 22\, 2025 \nWe will be discussing initial cost\, scheduling\, transportation logistics\, fundraising\, recruitment\, teambuilding and gear shakedowns\, etc.   There is obviously a lot of information to go over but this meeting will focus on some time sensitive items that need to be addressed. \nIf there are any questions that need to be addressed beforehand\, please feel free to reach out.  18 months away seems like an eternity but it will be here before we know it.
